TPI Sp. z o.o. edits and administers the website at the following address: www.old.nivelsystem.com (hereinafter referred to as “the Website”) which is made available to the persons using the website (hereinafter referred to as “the Website Users”). The correct use of the Website requires the user to install the Adobe Reader, Flash Player software and configure the user’s browser with JavaScript support enabled.

Disclaimer

TPI Sp. z o.o. represents that the presentation of the products on the Website shall not constitute an offer as interpreted in the provisions of the Civil Code and is only for information purposes. The pictures of products/arrangements are illustrative and their actual appearance and colour may differ from those presented in the pictures. TPI Sp. z o.o. reserves the right to change certain technical parameters of the products as well as  their appearance. The company shall not guarantee that the published technical data does not include any errors or omit any information. The arrangements as well as the elements of the arrangements presented on the Website shall not constitute a commercial offer of TPI Sp. z o.o.

Copyrights

Any and all copyrights and intellectual property rights in the Website and its graphic elements, as well as pictures, drawings, graphics, texts and other content shall belong to TPI Sp. z o.o. The Website and any of its elements are legally protected based on the following legal acts:

  • Act on Copyright and Neighbouring Rights dated 4 February 1994 (consolidated text: Dz.U.00.80.904, as amended),
  • Act on Combating Unfair Competition dated 16 April 1993 (Dz.U.93.47.211, as amended), and
  • Act on Protection of Databases dated 27 July 2001 (Dz.U.01.128.1402).

The use of the Website shall be permitted only in the scope specified and defined as the Website User, and in addition the sing-in zone and its resources can be used after accepting the regulations. The use of the Website in any other manner shall require that a relevant written agreement be concluded with TPI Sp. z o.o.

Privacy Policy

In connection with the operation of the Website, TPI Sp. z o.o. shall be the holder of the information about the Website Users originating from interactive forms embedded in the Website, which information is given voluntarily by the Users. The processing covers the personal data, contact and address data of the business entities registering on the Website as well as access passwords and logins. The information included in the system logs (e.g. IP address) is used by TPI Sp. z o.o. for technical purposes, IT security related to the resources of the Website, and the security of the Website servers.

IP addresses are used to collect the general statistical data used for the purposes of analytics of the hits by the Website Users. The data about the Website Users is used for the following purposes:

  • to ensure that the client is taken care of and that the services related to business activity are provided
  • to fulfil the terms and conditions of guarantee and after-sales services
  • to consult the client about the products and services
  • to conduct surveys
  • to provide the information about the most recent products and services
  • to conduct competitions and presentations of promotional campaigns
  • to examine employment offers

Registration for Sign-In Zone

When registering for the Sign-In Zone, the Website user gives the consent to the transfer of their personal data given in the registration form to TPI Sp. z o.o. and accepts the terms and conditions of the Privacy Policy.

The completed form is the basis for verification of the User’s data. The User receives their unique login and passwords by electronic means to the provided e-mail address. The User can change the password with the use of one of the functionalities of the Sign-In Zone.

The User undertakes not to disclose the password and login to any third parties.

The administrator shall not be liable for the disclosure of the password and login by the User to any third parties and for any damage arising therefrom.

Cookies

www.old.nivelsystem.com uses cookies. Cookie is a small text file sent by the Website to the User’s device which is used – for example – to collect the information about the activities on a given web page.

Each browser provides the possibility of changing the settings for cookies, i.e. setting whether they are to be received or not, and the manner of their deletion. If no such change is done, it shall mean that the User accepts the cookies used by www.old.nivelsystem.com

www.old.nivelsystem.com uses the cookies for the purposes of analysing the web traffic, correct display of the website on the User’s device, and for the purposes of signing in to the client’s zone.  They are so-called session (temporary) cookies which maintain the status of being signed in on each next page, which means that there is no need to sign in on each next page.

Newsletter

When filling in the newsletter subscription form, the Client accepts the regulations for newsletter sending and provides their personal data to TPI Sp. z o.o. It is also equivalent to giving the consent to the entry of personal data into the database of TPI Sp. z o.o., the publisher of www.old.nivelsystem.com (the Website) and to its processing in compliance with the Privacy Policy.

The controller of the data provided by the User in the personal data form is TPI Sp. z o.o., ul. Bartycka 22, 00-716 Warszawa, Tax Identification Nubmer (NIP): 527-02-05-140. The data shall be processed in compliance with Article 6 (1) (b) of the GDPR in order to process the inquiry. The data is stored in the controller’s database. You have the right to request from the controller the access to your data and its rectification, erasure or restriction of its processing, or the right to object to processing it, and the right to data portability – in compliance with the principles specified in Article 16-21 of the GDPR. If you decide that your data is processed in violation of the provisions of the law, you can lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority. The provision of personal data is voluntary but necessary to process the inquiry.

I agree to the receipt of the electronic correspondence, of which the information about trainings, marketing and commercial information from TPI Sp. z o. o., a limited liability company with its registered office in Warsaw, at 22 Bartycka Street. After the form is correctly filled in, press the button “Wyślij” [Send] – the confirmation of registration shall be sent to the provided e-mail address. If you do not receive the confirmation within several hours, check whether the message is in the SPAM Folder. If you do not find the message there, write to tpi@tpi.com.pl and ask for sending the confirmation of registration and give your first name, surname, business name and the date of on-line registration.
